An AI platform that reaches Korea's welfare blind spots, faster.
Slowlife Together (Onedongne Maeum Convenience Store) runs the day-to-day of Korea's Just-Give (Geunyangdream) food security program with a 30-second kiosk, self-check triage, AI risk scoring, AlarmTalk automation, and one-click quarterly reports.
The nationwide picture, in four numbers.
Just-Give & Daon, one platform, two doors.
Both flows share the same 30-second kiosk, the same AI backend, and the same anonymous, dignity-first design.
No documents. No screening. Food today.
Korea's national food security program for anyone in a sudden crisis, job loss, illness, family caregiving. About ₩20,000 worth of food and essentials per visit.
- No income proof, no ID screening
- Kiosk registration in ~30 seconds
- Anonymous receipt-based pickup
- Data kept 5 years for reporting only
A quiet lounge for one-person households.
Onedongne Daon Convenience Store is a shared space for people who live alone, a rest space, mood-weather check-in, hope-message printouts, and connection to local support.
- Mental well-being triage (PHQ-9 / GAD-7 / loneliness)
- "Hope Nametag" personalized message printout
- Repeat-visitor risk tracking
- Local social-work referral
A community, not a service window.
The lounge is built so that the person filling the shelf and the person emptying it never meet, but both belong to the same neighborhood. Repeat visits build a quiet familiarity that a service window can't.
See how it worksEverything one operator needs, in one screen.
A single operator can run a Just-Give site without hiring more staff. The platform absorbs the paperwork so the human can focus on the person.
30-second kiosk
Service choice → self-check → name & phone → mood weather → hope card. Under 30 seconds, no queue, no clerk-in-front.
AI risk analysis
Signals from repeat visits, self-check answers, and mood scores combine into a five-level risk indicator for the case worker.
AlarmTalk automation
KakaoTalk AlarmTalk messages fire automatically for follow-up, weekly check-ins, and referral status, no manual sends.
One-click reports
Quarterly reports in the Ministry of Health & Welfare format export as PDF and XLSX in one click. No copy-paste week.
Citizen donation flow
Every kiosk receipt carries a QR to refill the shelf that just gave. Small donations flow back into the same lounge the same week.
Dignity-first design
No income proof. No stigma queue. No visible label on the receipt. The person who fills the shelf and the person who empties it never meet.
One screen for the whole site.
Visit trends, risk scores, referral status, monthly targets, and Ministry-format reports, all in a single admin console. AI drafts pre-consultation notes so the case worker walks in ready.
For operators
The user carries their own record.
After the kiosk visit, users receive a private mobile link, their own history, upcoming resources, and re-visit shortcut. No app install, nothing on the app store, just a link.

Ansan Onedongne Daon Convenience Store
The first live deployment of the Slowlife Together platform, in partnership with the City of Ansan and Bugok Community Welfare Center, Sangnok-gu. The lounge combines a Just-Give shelf, a 30-second anonymous kiosk, and a one-person-household program.
In its first week, ~200 people used the shelf and 128 residents donated anonymously to refill it, the loop the platform was built to enable.
Who this is for.
Designed for the two people who actually run a Just-Give site, the city welfare planner and the on-the-ground operator.
